Samsung is ignoring Apple's complaint and thus is going ahead with Galaxy Tab 10.1 release in Australia in near future .
Well , Apple had filed In Aussie Federal Court complain to block Galaxy Tab 10.1 release in Australia but Smasung has put brave front and ignoring complaint stating that it will not sell Galaxy Tab's US variant which Apple had complaint about in US.In a statement it said Samsung will continue to actively defend and protect our intellectual property.
